Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview of Workshop Enrollment

At Dev Harbor Core Co., Ltd., we maintain small, intimate cohort sizes (strictly capped at 12 in-person students and 18 live-stream participants) to ensure individual attention and comprehensive chart reviews. Because an enrollment reserves a physical workstation and instructor time that cannot easily be reallocated at short notice, the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules apply to all educational bookings.

2. Cancellation Timeframes & Eligibility

• 7 or More Calendar Days Before Cohort Start: If you cancel your workshop registration at least 7 full calendar days prior to Day 1 of the scheduled cohort, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of tuition paid (less standard banking or payment processor transaction fees).
• Between 3 and 6 Calendar Days Before Cohort Start: Cancellations made between 72 hours and 6 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% partial refund, or alternatively, you may transfer 100% of your tuition credit to a future cohort date.
• Less Than 72 Hours Notice: Due to finalized venue reservations, catering arrangements, and materials printing, cancellations made under 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable. You may, however, nominate a qualified substitute attendee to take your seat upon 24 hours prior notice to admissions.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that travel interruptions and personal schedules change. You may reschedule your in-person or live-stream workshop enrollment to any future cohort within six (6) months at no additional charge, provided your written rescheduling request is received at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of your registered cohort. Rescheduling requests received with less than 72 hours notice may incur a 15% administrative seat-reallocation fee.

4. Private 1-on-1 Chart Mentorship Clinics

For private mentoring packages (4-session blocks):

• Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice to your designated mentor.
• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in that single 90-minute session being forfeited from the package block.
• Unused sessions in a 4-session block remain valid for twelve (12) months from the purchase date. Once the forensic chart audit has been conducted, the package is non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Materials

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Physical 180-page Trendline Precision Handbooks that have already been dispatched or unsealed.
• Sessions or workshop days that have already taken place or been attended.
• Unnotified no-shows on the day of the workshop.

6. Refund Method & Processing Times

Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used during enrollment (e.g. original bank transfer or credit card). Once approved by our finance department, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that bank clearing times may vary depending on your financial institution and country of residence.

7. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Dev Harbor Core must postpone or cancel a workshop due to severe weather, instructor illness, or force majeure, registered students will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund or guaranteed priority placement in the next scheduled cohort. Dev Harbor Core is not liable for secondary personal expenses, such as non-refundable flight or hotel reservations.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All refund and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to our admissions and finance desk:
