1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "Participant," or "User") and Dev Harbor Core Co., Ltd. ("Dev Harbor Core," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our website (dev-harborcore.click), in-person workshops, online live streams, and educational materials.

By accessing our website, registering for a workshop cohort, or participating in our chart clinics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Scope & Technical Analysis Notice

All workshops, seminars, clinics, training handbooks, chart templates, and communications provided by Dev Harbor Core are strictly for educational and analytical skill-development purposes.

Dev Harbor Core teaches geometric chart reading methodologies, historical price structure taxonomy, and mathematical risk management frameworks. We do not provide investment advice, financial portfolio management, asset recommendations, or live trade execution signals. Any trade setups or charts analyzed during workshops are historical or theoretical case studies used to demonstrate geometric principles.

3. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All intellectual property rights associated with Dev Harbor Core, including but not limited to the Trendline Precision Handbook, Chart Lab drill methodologies, slides, diagrams, video recordings, and written materials, are the exclusive property of Dev Harbor Core Co., Ltd.

Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review materials for individual study. You agree not to distribute, record, rebroadcast, sell, or commercially exploit any workshop materials or proprietary methodologies without prior written consent from Dev Harbor Core Co., Ltd.

4. Cohort Registration, Studio Conduct & Attendance

To ensure an effective learning environment, in-person and hybrid cohort sizes are strictly limited. Participants agree to maintain a professional, respectful demeanor toward instructors and fellow students. Dev Harbor Core reserves the right to dismiss any participant who engages in disruptive behavior or intellectual property infringement without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trading in financial markets carries inherent financial risk. Dev Harbor Core Co., Ltd. and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including financial losses or lost profits, resulting from your application of technical analysis methods learned in our programs.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
